Last May, Fibran Group presented three major innovations at IFFA, the most important food industry fair in the world. One of the great innovations is TER, Edible Round Tender, a curved edible casing for fresh, cooked and smoked sausages, for direct consumption. Another important innovation is EPCO, a new edible collagen casing for cooked and cured sausages, for indirect consumption. And also the SET casing, Stright Edible Tender, a straight edible casing for cooked and smoked sausages of big caliber. Throughout the Fair, the stand of the Fibran Group, which launched its corporate image, was full of visitors who showed their interest in the new developments of the company.
